Easy Rice Cooker Oatmeal Breakfast

There has been increasing interest in oatmeal in recent years because of its health benefits. Daily consumption of a bowl of oatmeal can lower blood cholesterol, because of its soluble fibre content. (Wikipedia)

Oatmeal has low calories but contains Vitamin B1、B2、E, and folic.

The most important thing is YOU CAN LOSE WEIGHT BY EATING OATMEAL!

Below shows 3 ingredients you need to put into your rice cooker and set to cook:

1 cup Quick Cooker Oats

  • 2 cup cold water
  • 1/2 cup raisins

After about 15 minutes until it switch to “keep warm”, add any toppings you like:

  • Fruits ( such as Strawberries and Bananas)
  • Milk
  • Brown Sugar
  • Almonds
  • Walmuts
  • Marmalade
